Our Efficient Landscaping Process

At S&B Scapes, we are dedicated to designing and installing quality landscapes and outdoor living spaces. Our zeal for creative designs, top of the line quality, and attention to detail in all phases makes a client of S&B satisfied and proud of their property. Building your dream outdoor project is our mission- but our passion is building long lasting relationships to benefit you and S&B Scapes. Our process from consultation to installation is the same no matter what size of the project. It ensures that before your project is started, you are satisfied with the design, installation process, timeline, and payment policies.

1. Consultation

When an on-site appointment is set through Blaise or Mitch via email or call, one of them will meet you on property and go over in detail on what you’re looking for in your potential project. They will take necessary measurements, and photos of proposed project area so we are able to give you a collaborative design.

2. Design/ Presentation

Your outdoor dreams detailed on paper. Your proposed project hand drawn, down to the details. With our design, you will receive a proposal with the scope of work, materials categorized into line items with pricing. We will call or email to schedule this appointment as soon as your design is complete.

3. Accepting the Proposal

Once the design and proposal are reviewed and accepted, you will sign the proposal and we will collect the retainer or deposit- 30 percent of the project total. When that is collected, your project will be scheduled. Plants and materials will be ordered.

4. Installation

Prior to arriving on site, under ground utility will be located, necessary permits will be obtained, and you will be notified to of the anticipated start several days in advance. You do not need to be home during installation.
